Rates & Scheduling:
I provide receipts for out of network/PPO insurance reimbursement for Psychotherapy and combined Psychotherapy + Neurofeedback services. Reimbursement rates are subject to individual insurance. Accepted Forms of Payment: Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and HSA cards.
- My rate is $175 per clinical hour (50 minutes) for Psychotherapy, Hypnosis, and biofeedback services. Sliding scale available - case by case.
- Initial Psychological Assessment/LENS Neurofeedback Assessment/or Brain Health Package assessment is $330 for 90 minutes (this may take place partially remote or all in person). This will be applied forward towards any Brain Health package of ten or more 50-minutes sessions, as the initial session - otherwise a separate fee will be incurred.
- LENS Neurofeedback sessions are billed at $130 per half-hour sessions, with the exception of the first session, which would be the initial psychological assessment at $330 for 90 minutes (this may take place partially remote or all in person).
- 19-Channel QEEG Mapping & Assessment which allows the practitioner to see the brain's real-time functioning within the cortical, and subcortical areas of the brain. This can take between 1-2 hours to complete (most of which is setup). A consultation with a Certified QEEG Analyst is included. Additional assessments may incur a separate charge. The initial assessment and consultation includes a full report with recommended protocols for EEG brain training, and or Neuromodulation.
- Cost for the first QEEG is $650.00. Subsequent QEEG's including analysis and report will be discounted and charged at the rates of $450 and $350, respectively. If more than three QEEG's are deemed necessary the final ongoing rate is $300.
- Collaborations and consultations with other providers, which last longer than ten minutes are charged hourly at my consultation rate, but are pro-rated for the exact time for example: 1 hour = $175, 30 minutes = $87.5, and fifteen minutes would be $43.75.
Other rates may apply for consultation with a provider who charges me for their time, you may be responsible for that amount if applicable.
You may schedule appointments through my online web portal, register a credit card online for auto payments and sign most practice forms online prior to your first appointment to expedite the process. You can also schedule a free half-hour consultation to ask clarifying questions.
Brain Health Packages: provide a significant cost savings to the client as Neurofeedback services are rarely covered by insurance. Packages only apply if you are not billing insurance for coverage, and must be paid in full prior to the first session. You may receive more than one intervention per session, you will receive special attention to your specific target areas, including techniques to manage your health outside of the office and downloadable tools and education for sustained symptom relief and learning. After the investment of any level of package, your knowledge and ability to maintain your own brain health will be substantially greater than you imagined and you will walk away with personal tools that enhance your cognitive and emotional experience.
Sliding scale is available for Psychotherapy and Neurofeedback sessions charged at the hourly rate, but package fees are fixed.
