Rates & Packages
Brain Health Packages: provide a significant cost savings to the client as Neurofeedback services are rarely covered by insurance.
Packages must be paid in full prior to the first session. You may receive more than one intervention per session, you will receive special attention to your specific target areas, including techniques to manage your health outside of the office and tools and for sustained symptom relief. After the investment of any level of package, your knowledge and ability to maintain your own brain health will be substantially greater than you imagined.
Sliding scale is available for Psychotherapy and Neurofeedback sessions charged at the hourly rate, but package fees are fixed. Receipts are provided for out of network/PPO insurance reimbursement for Psychotherapy and combined Psychotherapy + Biofeedback services. Reimbursement rates are subject to individual insurance.
Accepted Forms of Payment: Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and HSA cards. Other rates may apply for consultation with a provider who charges me for their time, you may be responsible for that amount if applicable.
